Pharmaceutical Representatives Exempt from Overtime According to Supreme Court

On June 18, 2012 in a 5-4 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court decided pharmaceutical representatives are “outside salesmen,” exempting them from the overtime requirements of the FLSA.
